The TecnoClaims System underwent a major upgrade in the 1st Quarter of 2013 with the release of Version 8.1.  This involved a complete rewrite of the System to take advantage of modern technology and a host of beneficial new features was introduced.

 

Since being released, TecnoRisk have continued to develop the System, and in August 2016 released an update, Version 8.3.

 

Enhancements in this release include:

 

• Encryption of personal information in personal injury claims.

 

• User configurable alerts and milestones such as Time Bars including recovery Time Bars.

 

• Improved user access to changed information in cases.

 

• Improved workflow functionality.
   

• Additional functionality included in available System Interfaces.
   

• The latest release includes a highly interactive dashboard to enable data to be visualized in a way that highlight key cost drivers and measure KPI's. 
   

TecnoRisk continue to enhance the System based upon feedback from users and this latest release continues that process.
